WHAT IS MEDITATION? LEARN ALL WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Two perspectives on this question. Contemplate this for a moment.
FIRST: BEGINNERS LEVEL
You want to start meditation. You learn how to meditate, different types of meditation and so on… It’s simpler as you think. Meditation is to be in alignment with yourself. Do you have ever seen newborn child? Newborns are very connected to the Source, to they true essence. They are pure & radiate state of bliss. They are without social programming & conditioning.
The way of being is now very easly to grasp. You are already that what you seek for ~ inside you. It’s your true nature. Only what you need to do is let go of who you think you are. Let go of social conditioning. Let go of ego-based programs. I invite you take a journey inside your heart and connect with your Higher aspect of Self. Your Divine Self. This journey is very ancient, primal & connect you to the deepest true of who you really are.
SECOND: MASTER LEVEL
You have higher perspective on life. Higher means enlighten. You see things through the vail of illusion with wisdom & love. For your heart everything can be a meditation. It’s your state in stillness, present moment awareness or how you walk, cook and eat, etc. In this perspective every single act, thought, feeling or word came from your connection with the Source. Meditation is a state of being. Enlightenment. Enjoyment. Love. Peace. And many other high vibrant qualities.
You feel “that” when you meditate. You radiate “this” blissful state of being & everybody can feel that including you. You are very connected to the Source. You feel whole, complete & perfect exactly as you are. You cannot buy this experience even if you are billionaire. That’s why enlightenment is priceless. This is your unique connection with the Divine / Source / Light within you / Your Mighty I am Presence / God Self. Your state of illuminated heart.
YOUR CONNECTION WITH THE SOURCE IS SUPREME
In true everything of what we searching for, longing for in our life (in outside world) is the reflection of our Soul anchored in this body (our inside word) longing for the connection with the Source, with the Divine, Prime Creator. And degree of this connection is the degree of your enlightenment. Every single action in your life is a reflection (mirror) of this aspect ~ your relation with the Creator. And this relation (journey) starts in your heart space ~ in the middle of your chest ~ which is the bridge to your higher consciousness ~ Higher Self. And when your Higher aspect of Self merge with the Divine Presence in meditation you became more aware of who you really are. You became aware of your Divinity.
From my enlighten perspective this is what you need to know about meditation ~ in the most cases. It’s not about a mind ~ ego. It’s about your Divine Heritage. If you want to create your life in alignment with your Soul purpose and plane you need to know who you are ~ first. You need to understand your true nature, your core true. You are not your ego ~ your mind. Mind is very useful tool, small version of you but this version not define you. You are the Spirit in this human body vehicle. Multidimensional being. And you need to understand that, reclaim your power and create reality that is in alignment with your true nature ~ Soul True ~ and all that is. This is why we are here at this time of history of our planet.
HOW TO MEDITATE?

0. CREATE YOUR SECRED SPACE
I invite you to create your secret space before you begin meditation practice. It can be everywhere. Under tree ~ choose your meditation tree, on the sea side ~ your happy place to be on the beach. Nature nurturing us, comforting & offer rich experience on every level on our existence.
HOW DO YOU MEDITATE AT HOME?
If you meditate at home you can make your sacred space more intentionally. Choose a place where you are at peace. Mute or turn off your phone. You can light a candle, flame connect us with the spirit or use some oils. E.g. Lavender oil relaxes mental, emotional and physical body & thought that support connection with the Universe. As you are more relaxed you are more in receptive mood. You receive more light from your Soul & the Universe.
1. HOW LONG YOU SHOULD MEDITATE?
IT’S NOT ABOUT TIME. SIMPLY PRACTISE
If you want to go deep into your true nature, understand who you really are, reclaim your power, align with the Soul wisdom & knowledge, take your time & make it joyful journey to your inner Sanctuary every time if you wish or can.
SHORT MEDITATION EXERCISE
Create your sacred space
Take deep & comfortable breath. Soften & relax. Take another deep breath & another deep breath. Completely relax.
Close gently your eyes.
Focus on your heart space. You can touch gently your heart in the middle of your chest. Where your focus goes your energy flows. It support directing your attention from the mind into your heart space. Breath & relax.
Give yourself permission to receive. Tell your body that it’s safe. It allows you to relax deeper and deeper. Breath & relax.
Take calming breath. Feel your body soften more and more. Follow your breath path.
Feel one or combination of those feelings (for yourself, others or this world): compassion ~ care ~ forgiveness ~ love. Breath & relax.
Now feel oneness with all that is. Breath & relax.
Be in that stay as long as you wish.
Come back. Open gently your eyes.
IF YOU CHOOSE GUIDED MEDITATION IT’S OK TO BE MORE SPECIFIC
5 min – 10 min – 30 min meditation with guidance – It’s good to choose your best practice. At the same time remember it’s not about time at all. It’s about you. Your conscious grow.
Tips for choosing right guidance: My focus goes on the purity of the intention for the meditation & the spirit vibe of my guide. I recognize this connection via my intuition e.g. If I resonate with the voice & I feel safe I continue my experience. If something is uncomfortable for me I not tune in. It’s very important to feel fully comfortable and safe for your holistic wellbeing ~ mental, emotional, physical and on Soul level. Feel it. Find guidance that resonate with you, your needs & your hunger inside your heart, expressed by the question of your mind. We have nowadays many meditation instructions & teachers. You can ask yourself what is really meditation for you? What you need to know? And let go. Surrender. The perfect answer came to you via right people, books, links, etc. In the most perfect time. Be open to receive guidance from your Spirit. Trust the process. It gives you comfort and peace. This is also the part of the journey that we learn upon our path. Trust.
2. PERFECT MORNING MINDFULNESS MEDITATION
Follow the silence. Sit in stillness. Connected to the heart space. Be in the present moment awareness. Focus on your breath. Observe your thoughts. Make them come and go like a visitors. Sit as long as you wish in that state of observer. Choose to be on the nature if you can.
3. INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS
You can connect intentionally with a tree. The tree has no ego, no thoughts in sense of human ego experience. Tree is fully present & have no judgments. You can ask yourself “how it is to be like a tree?” & contemplate this experience with the tree that you choose. Fell oneness in your heart. Continue this experience. Feel the difference in your daily life. Practice this exercise. Tree can teach us a lot. They just are. Learn that presence. Just be.
4. BEST GUIDED MEDITATION
For me are douse I’m naturally drown to. We have inner guidance system. If you are unsure ask yourself what you need the most at this time & listen your inner voice in silence. Trust yourself. Choose what serves you the most at this time. We all have different life lessons in particular moments of time on our quest. It’s like choosing the food for your soul. Sometimes you choose love, sometimes you choose healing or both. Listen what you need. Now.
5. THE BEST MEDITAION THEACHER
It’s you on your path into the self-mastery, enlightened being. It’s possible for all who choose the path of truth. Practice & align with your Higher Self & the Divine. Practice till you became your own master. Then you will understand also depth of this words. All you need is strength the connection to the Divine and your Higher Self & then your higher aspect of Self will guide you on your path. You became your master-self in every aspect of your life. That’s why is important to strength & celebrate this connection for all of us. Imagine how beautiful it is to experience the life on this planet when the people are in alignment with your Higher Self and all that is. This is our NorthStar.
6. IMPORTANCE OF MEDITATION IN YOUR LIFE
One Zen master tell to the aspirant “If you don’t have time for meditation you should meditate one hour daily, then you can meditate 5 min.”. Start do basic practice with the importance of joyful experience. From the beginning it can be 5 min. Feel what’s good for you, have compassion for yourself & just do it without any limitations of your ego (linear) mind. Try do this from the child perspective. Be kind and open for new experience. Follow the joy.
7. MOST POPULAR MEDITATION
I invite you to search inside you what is the most beneficial for you now, at this present moment of time. Most popular is not always the best for you now. They are most popular songs. Are they the best for you now? They can be but not necessary must. Feel the difference. Feel what’s right for you at the present moment of time. You are the key to your soulful experience the Union within.
8. ONE MIN MEDITATION
Is better than day without meditation. Just do it daily. Feel what’s works for you. Set the intention that you are willing to practice. Consciously create space for that experience and enjoy it. Do not rush things in this experience. Immerse yourself in timelessness. Know that everything is perfect exactly as it is.
9. A GOOD TIME TO MEDITATE IS ALWAYS PERFECT. GET STARTED
You can choose to start your day from the high vibration. Meditation gives you the opportunity to bring more love & light in your life journey. This experience is priceless. You can meditate during your day short or longer, all depends on your needs & possibilities.
When you follow your intuition ~ feeling ~ desire of your heart ~ there is no right or wrong ~ meditation deepen the connection with the Higher aspect of Self & the Source. Every time to experience this deep connection is perfect. I invite you to try meditation in many different times and choose the best time for you.

This can you only teach other who experience that or your Higher Self guide you on that experience. This experience is available for everybody. This is our Divine Heritage. Through that experience you understand who you really are and this is your liberation. You use your mind as a tool and experience that you are much more than your ego mind. You became sovereign being. I hope you know now why practice meditation is priceless. It connects you to the deepest TRUE of who you REALLY are. And this is what we all searching for in our life. Everything is aspect of this profound experience with Source & the Higher Self and is a mirror of this relation.

Our heart is a gate to our higher consciousness and also can be compassion “pomp” in our life journey. We can use the feeling of compassion which bring soft & calming energy to this word. We don’t need to be harsh on yourself & and others. Trough example we bring more balance, peace, calm, love, benevolence, kindness, unity to this world and consciously create better future for all beings on this planet. Feel compassion when somethings go wrong or not as you wish and feel the difference.
WHAT IS GOOD TO KNOW ABOUT MEDITATION?
NOT EVERYTHING CALLED “MEDITATION” IS MEDITATION
This experience is beyond the ego mind but through our mind. It’s more existential or metaphysical experience form the nature. That’s why is easier to meditate then speak about meditation. That’s why is more listening then doing. Be receptive. Be like a flower on the sun. Be empty.
HOW TO FEEL THE DIFFERENCE?
⚜️ MEDITATION IS NOT TRAINING THE MUSCLE OF YOUR MIND
This experience is more connected to affirmation/prayer/invocation/decree which strong support & organize our mental body & co-creation our reality
⚜️ FEEL THE DIFFERENCE ~ MEDITATION IS MORE LIKE DANCE WITH THE DIVINE
It’s more feeling (from the heart) then knowing (form the ego/mind) and at the same time you know but this come from the space of your heart to your mental body and that’s why is called wisdom. This experience comes from your Higher Self via your heart (bridge to your higher consciousness) to your mind and then expressed via your mental body give you wisdom.
From the mind we can only bring that on this world what we have already learned from 3-Dimensional world (physical plane). This is the difference between wisdom and knowledge. Via our hearts we can bring ideas that have never been brought. That’s why good artists are connected to the spirit realm. They are connected to the soul & Source ~ to the heart and bring to this world innovative, fresh ideas. The ego mind can only bring that what knows, eventually make remix of this things in creative way. But true creativity is freedom, expression of something higher then ego mind (…)
If we want to understand this better we need to shift perspective from the ego-based reality (masculine energy) to Oneness (balance of feminine and masculine energy). Our world used to support ego but this paradigm is now released. Many people are waking up and want to live in balance and harmony. Mind not determinate our true nature, happiness & fulfillment. Fulfillment is connected to soul mission and plan.
